The room was very clean and comfortable. The worked well. The staff was very friendly.

The one pool was tacky feeling and very cloudy one on the night we used it. There was also a lot of hair floating in the pool (maybe a better filtration system) other then that we were very pleased with pour stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was great for cooking a few meals with the family.

Was really nice, great setup, fully equipped, comfortable with superb views of the mountains. The pool, hot tub and sauna are very nice after a day of hiking. The location is ideal, the national park and Gatlinburg are both just a few minutes away. The furniture was a tad worn but overall very satisfied.

Excellent location, the room was very clean, the mattress in the hide-a-bed was horrible, my grandson slept ok on it but nobody over the age of 4 would be able to. The mattress on the king bed was super hard, my husband loved it but I hated it, I was in pain every night. The water park area could have been cleaner and they shut the pool down because of the water quality. I feel like it could have been addressed earlier in the morning so that wouldn't have happened. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again with our grandson and recommend it to others that have children. We wouldn't stay there if it was just the two of us. It is definitely a family friendly place. I do wish they had a restaurant on the premises, that would be great. Then you would never have to leave if you didn't want to and if you didn't want to cook. We did order pizza for delivery and there are a few good places to eat near by.

We could be happier with the staff. The front desk went above and beyond helping with our parking and oriented us on the places surrounding the hotel. Besides the staff, the room was spacious, nice decor and super clean. We would definitely recommend this place.
